Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Quantic (the "Service", available at quantic.finance, quantic.es and quantic.cat) is operated by Francisco Manuel Leveque Zamora (NIF 39360950-S), an individual based in Spain, trading as "Quantic". You can reach us at hello@quantic.finance — we answer every message.

2. What Quantic is — and what it is not

Quantic is software for tracking a dividend portfolio that you manage yourself: holdings and trades you enter or import, dividends received, price alerts at thresholds you set, income projections, screeners, educational content, and AI-generated summaries of your own data.

Quantic is not an investment adviser, broker-dealer, bank, or any other regulated financial institution, and is not registered with the CNMV or any other supervisory authority. Nothing in the Service — including scores, projections, screeners, AI summaries, and educational articles — constitutes investment, financial, tax, or legal advice, nor a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any security. All figures are informational; past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. Every investment decision, and its consequences, is exclusively yours.

3. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old to use Quantic. You sign in with an email magic-link or a Google account; you're responsible for keeping access to that email or account secure. One account per person. The ephemeral demo account is provided for evaluation and is deleted automatically within roughly 24 hours.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • scrape, crawl, or bulk-download the Service or its data beyond normal use;
  • attempt to access other users' data or probe the Service's security;
  • resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties as your own;
  • abuse rate-limited features (including the AI assistant and agent/API tokens) by circumventing quotas;
  • use the Service for anything unlawful.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that do, with notice where reasonable.

5. The free plan

Quantic's core features are free, with no trial period and no card required. Free usage is subject to fair-use limits (for example, a daily allowance of AI requests), which we may adjust to keep the free plan sustainable; material reductions are announced in the app.

6. Quantic Pro (paid subscription)

  • What it is: a yearly subscription that raises limits (additional portfolios, a higher daily AI allowance) and unlocks options income tracking, as described on the Pricing page.
  • Billing: payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle is the seller of record for the transaction: it takes payment, applies VAT, and issues your invoice, so your purchase is also subject to Paddle's buyer terms. Your payment details never touch our servers.
  • Renewal & cancellation: subscriptions renew yearly until cancelled. Cancel anytime from Settings → Manage billing; you keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for. We'll notify you in advance of any price change affecting your renewal.
  • Founder pricing: promotional launch pricing (where offered) stays locked for as long as the subscription remains continuously active; if it lapses, a new subscription is at the then-current price.
  • Refunds: see the Refund Policy — full refund, no questions asked, within 30 days of any charge.
  • If Pro is discontinued: we'd refund the unused portion of any paid period pro rata.

7. Market data and availability

Quotes, fundamentals, and dividend data come from third-party providers and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate; the Service is provided without any guarantee of data accuracy or of uninterrupted availability. We work to keep Quantic fast and reliable but it is a small, independent product — planned maintenance and occasional downtime happen.

8. Your data and content

The portfolio data you enter is yours. You can export everything at any time (Settings → Your data) in open formats, and delete your account, which removes your personal data. How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. The Service itself — code, design, brand, and generated content — remains ours.

9. Warranty and liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claims related to the Service is limited to the greater of €50 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence), nor your mandatory statutory rights as an EU consumer.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Material changes are announced in the app at least 15 days before taking effect; continuing to use the Service after that means you accept them. If you don't, you can stop using the Service and — for paid plans — cancel with a pro-rata refund of the unused period.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are an EU consumer you also benefit from the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence, and disputes may be brought before the courts of your domicile. The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr .
